The nails look so amazing! I was a bit worried initially because the design I wanted was a bit difficult, but they made them perfectly. I'm really happy with my experience, and I'll definitely come back again!

absolutely appalled by the customer service from this nail shop they are extremely rude and judging.

i got my nails done on Sunday and i went back to ask for an refund the person working would not give me a refund. i went back today as i was told they’d fix my nails for free i walked into the nail salon was greeted by the most dirty look when i asked them to fix them they then continued to accuse me of going on holiday for 2-3 months when i most certainly haven’t then refused the service i had proof that said they was gonna do them for free which when i went in they said they’d never said that when they most certainly did and then had the nerve to say something along the lines of “come back with a better attitude” before i walked out i will not be returning to this nail shop my nails are shocking wonky and cracked at bottom because worker pressed the nail tip and it cracked and did not replace it. clearly they aren’t experienced enough with acrylic or they just can’t be bothered to do them properly? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE TAKE UR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

Booked for 2 treatments for 9:15am, came from Cannock as the nails looked nice. When I turned up shutters were down waited until 9:30am nothing changed so left. Wasted valuable time, petrol and had to pay for parking for nothing! Will not be returning!

I booked online for two treatments starting at 10:30am the booking was accepted and confirmed via email. I was there at 10:25 and they were not open, waited until 10:45 and no one turned up the mobile number would not connect. I went to another nail salon. When passed by later on my way home, approximately 13:30pm, they were still closed.
